Srishti Seva Sansthan is a grassroots, non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting marginalized communities through sustainable development initiatives. Based in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh, we work closely with rural families to promote education, women empowerment, health awareness, livelihood enhancement, and social justice.
Since our establishment, we have remained committed to inclusive growth by strengthening local capacities, encouraging community participation, and creating opportunities for long-term self-reliance.

Recent Projects
Straightening Civil Society
The "Straightening Civil Society Organization" project aims to empower women, especially women farmers, in Eastern UP. The project focuses on strengthening civil society organizations, promoting climate-resilient agriculture, and leveraging government schemes. In Maharajganj district, 1,500 rural women farmers are part of 60 Women Farmers Groups (WFGs) across 15 gram panchayats. These WFGs have been trained on socio-economic rights, managerial skills, and entrepreneurship development.
Childline Program
Srishti Seva Sansthan, a sub-centre organization, implemented the CHILDLINE programme in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh. The program aimed to provide a 24/7 emergency outreach service for children in need of care and protection. During the reporting period, the organization received a call, including cases of shelter, repatriation, and emotional support. The team conducted village-level camps, administering vaccinations and providing awareness on COVID-19 and CHILDLINE services.
Adolescents Empowernt Program
Srishti Seva Sansthan, in partnership with Breakthrough Trust and supported by Adolescent Empowerment Programme in 90-gram panchayats across Nautanwa, Brijmanganj, Laxmipur and Mithaura blocks in Maharaj Ganj. The program aimed to promote gender equity among adolescents, focusing on building "Mother-Daughter Bonding" and reaching 9,136 adolescents aged 11-14 years and 6,135 adolescents aged 15-18 years.
EmpoweringRural Women (ERW)
Srishti Seva Sansthan (SSS) has been working in Maharajganj, near the Indo-Nepal border, focusing on marginalized rights. The Empowering Rural Women (ERW) project, supported by Sir Dorabji Tata Trust & Allied Trusts, aims to empower 7500 rural women in 30 Gram Panchayats.The ERW project focuses on strengthening Nari Sanghs, promoting women's leadership, rights realization, and institutional development. It addresses issues like NREGA wages & PDS access.

Farmers Action
Srishti Seva Sansthan, a nonprofit organization working in Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh, implemented the Sujalam Sufalam Project from May 2015 to April 2018. The project aimed to enhance the income of small and marginal farmers and women through agro-based livelihoods, focusing on scientific production technologies, water conservation, and government linkages.The project was implemented in 17 Gram Panchayats of Sadar Block, Maharajganj, covering 2,665 marginal farmers. The project addressed issues like flood vulnerability, forest proximity, and low family income, with the goal of improving and sustaining livelihoods and food security for marginal farmers.
